Since 1954, the Noyac Civic Council (NCC) has advocated for Noyac. Our strong membership offers the Noyac community leverage in local and state conversations.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP

Members of the Council shall be:

1. property owners of record, OR
2. Any person over the age of eighteen years who resides in the Hamlet of Noyac, OR
3. A business owner whose place of business (rented or owned) is in Noyac, OR
4. A supporter (a non-resident business or individual) who is neither 1, 2, or 3.
MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES #1, 2 AND 3 SHALL HAVE VOTING RIGHTS. MEMBERSHIP CATEGORY #4 SHALL NOT HAVE VOTING RIGHTS.

NCC DUES:

$30/household, one (1) year
or
$54/household, two (2) years
