Since 1954, the Noyac Civic Council (NCC) has advocated for our community.

NCC dues help build a stronger community.
Dues also help pay for scholarships, communications, insurance, professional fees, special projects, fundraising events, advocacy efforts, and so much more! Our strong membership offers the Noyac community leverage in local and state conversations.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP
Members of the Council shall be property owners of record, or any person over the age of eighteen years who resides in the Hamlet of Noyac.
NCC DUES:
$30/household, one (1) year
or
$54/household, two (2) years
You must provide your Noyac address for membership.
