Since 1954, the Noyac Civic Council (NCC) has advocated for Noyac. NCC members value community connection, receive member-only communications, may apply for our scholarship, purchase discounted tickets to our annual Gala, and more! Our strong membership offers the Noyac community leverage in local and state conversations.

 True community is a choice to engage, not just living near someone. 

Dues also help pay for NCC operations, scholarships, communications, insurance, professional fees, special projects, events, advocacy efforts, and so much more! Your support also helps us provide monthly meetings with Town and County officials on relevant local matters.

Please support our work for the community you live in, by keeping active membership with the NCC today.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP

Members of the Council shall be:

1. Noyac property owners of record, OR
2. Any person over the age of eighteen years who resides in the Hamlet of Noyac, OR
3. A business owner whose place of business (rented or owned) is in Noyac, OR
4. A supporter (a non-resident business or individual) who is neither 1, 2, or 3.
MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES #1, 2 AND 3 SHALL HAVE VOTING RIGHTS. MEMBERSHIP CATEGORY #4 SHALL NOT HAVE VOTING RIGHTS.

NCC DUES:

$30/household, one (1) year
or
$54/household, two (2) years
