Proposed CPF Purchase of the Marsden Street parcels, Sag Harbor

After the public hearing the Town Board will vote Yes or No on using the CPF to help Sag Harbor School District purchase 5 lots on Marsden Street in Sag Harbor Village Historic District.
What is Sag Harbor School District’s plan to satisfy the Town’s terms and conditions? Apparently the public will not see plans until the public hearing on the 28th.
