Topic: Pierson Capital Improvement Project Presentation, Q&A

District Administrators will present the projects, budget, timeline, and answer questions from the Audience. They have also offered to give a tour of the facilities after the meeting.

The NCC board requested that the District's presentation address the following:

1. Is it possible to have donors defray some of the cost? In exchange for ‘naming rights’ perhaps?

2. Why didn’t you offer more than one proposal for the public to vote on? i.e. option A, option B.

3. Provide a cost breakdown of the proposal, including on the tax rate.

4. Provide an estimate of future costs including interest expense, staffing, utilities and maintenance, etc., including on the tax rate.

5. Are there any additional costs that the proposal doesn’t include, for example, equipment, etc.?

6. How does the proposed cost compare to other comparable projects in other districts?
