The Parks and Recreation Dept. will supply rakes to pull up the invasive plants and dispose of them. Kayaks are needed along with rakes if you have one. Some volunteers wore wet suits last year and some volunteers wore gloves. This event was very successful in eliminating invasive plants. Stay as long as you can.
The Noyac Civic Council will give Community Service for students who participate.
Another clean-up event is planed for Saturday, June 17
