On Sunday morning, August 6, NCC will be treating the staff at Long Beach to a bagel breakfast. It’s our way of saying thank you to the Southampton Town Parks and Recreation Department for continuing to make improvements at Long Beach. It is truly a great asset to our community. If you’re going to Long Beach that day, say thanks to the parking attendants and life guards and let them know you belong to NCC.
On the evening of Wednesday, August 9 NCC members are invited to get together at Long Beach to catch up with old friends and maybe make a few new ones. Just bring your chairs and refreshments to enjoy the incredible sunsets from one of the best beaches around. We will be gathering by the lifeguard stand starting at 5:30 PM. Turn left when you enter the parking lot and look for the group of happy Noyac residents! Please note that 2023 SH Town Beach Permit is required to park at Long Beach. (In the event of rain we will reschedule and post info on Noyac.org)

This annual report from Blue Water Task Force gives updates on the program, the results for each location, and highlights a few key sites. Airport Noise
Southampton Town’s constituents continue to bear the burden of the East Hampton Airport aircraft noise. The November Route redlines the middle class communities where residents have no say in its operation.
Please continue to file complaints using AirNoise.io and contact Southampton Town Supervisor, East Hampton Town Supervisor, the Airport Manager, and the Eastern Region Helicopter Council to voice your concerns.
Save the Date for HarborFest!

The NCC will have a tent at HarborFest again this year!
We would love some volunteers to help set up, organize, and cover the tent throughout the day to chat with the community about the NCC and sign up new members. Please contact NCC Corresponding Secretary, Matt Burns, for more info and to schedule a time slot to help.
